I. Shipping and Charging
On-line and phone orders by credit card are automatically
submitted to your credit card vendor for approval at the time
you place your order. If approved, your account is charged at
that time. All products in inventory are normally shipped the
same day or the next business day. Back ordered items are usually
shipped within 48 hours. Most items are direct shipped from
the factory in San Antonio, Texas. Items can be ordered through
us and picked up at the factory to save shipping if desired.
In the rare event that shipment of back ordered items will exceed
48 hours you will be notified by phone or email and given the
option of canceling your order for full credit.
Please note that UPS will leave packages at the shipping address
you supply without a signature verifying receipt. This
may occasionally result in a package not being received by you,
for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for loss of
packages delivered by UPS but not actually received by you.
Proof of Receipt service is available from UPS for a significant
fee, and you can elect to use this service if you desire. Please
contact us by phone for rates.
International Orders: We do not accept credit cards
on international orders. We accept bank money transfers only,
details will be provided when you place your order. Shipping
charges are determined on a case by case basis; rates quoted
in the web site are for the continental United States only.
Contact us by email or phone to determine shipping costs.
International Shipments: We ship all international
orders by UPS, no longer using the US Postal Service (USPS)
due to lack of reasonable tracking ability. USPS will not start
tracking on International shipments for 30 days following shipment,
resulting in unacceptable delays and costs for us and our clients.
II. Returns and Cancellations
Hunting & Recreation Business Mall stands
behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase from us you may return or exchange it within
30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned purchases
received later than 30 days following date of shipment
will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in
the original packaging, and must include a copy of the original
receipt. Refunds are issued in the same tender and on the same
credit card, if applicable, as purchased. Shipping fees are
not refundable.
Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid UPS (for
your protection). We do not pay for return shipping.
To return a purchase:

to provide notice of your return. You will be supplied with
a return address to which you can ship your package. You should
include a copy of your original receipt or the original packing
slip. Returns must be shipped prepaid and should be insured
as we are not responsible for shipping losses.
III. Shipping damage
Damage occurring in shipment is beyond our control
and must be handled by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged,
or if damage is discovered upon opening, you should save all
boxes and packaging materials and contact the carrier immediately
to file a claim. We request you also notify us toll free at
1-888-631-6789 of any problems incurred in shipping.
IV. Security
Your privacy and security are very important to
us. We treat your credit card and personal information confidentially
and we use secure technology to protect you.
The orders you place with us are encrypted using SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer) technology. With SSL implemented on both the
client and server, the information you send to us over the Internet
arrives secure and unaltered.
SSL security requires you to use an SSL enabled browser. To
check your browser, look at the lower corner of your browser
window after accessing the order page sections of our
site. If SSL is active you will see, depending upon your browser,
either an unbroken key or a closed lock. Another way to check
is to look at the URL line of your browser. On a secure server
the first characters of the address will be "https."
It will be "http" on a server that is not secure.
Our site, like many sites that take credit cards, has both secure
and un-secured areas. General information areas are not secure,
while the "order areas" where you fill out your order
information and furnish credit card numbers are secure.
If your browser doesn't permit communication through a secure
server you will not be able to connect to our secure server.
Consequently, you do not need to worry about mistakenly placing
an unsecured order. If you can't access the secure server for
whatever reason, please order by phone toll free at 1-888-631-6789
or by fax at 361-362-1309.
NEVER place an order containing credit card information by email
since it is NOT secure. You may email your order to ljones@hrbizmall.com without
credit card information and we will call you for your credit
card information.
V. Privacy
We are committed to ensuring your privacy. We
do not sell client information to third parties or make it available
for third party mailing lists. Your email address is NEVER
released to other parties.
